This will be a little review of what happened in Hoskovice.
Saturday;
Rasmus first trip down the lane ended before the 200m line this caused by hard sidewind.
The second and third qualification went about the same. When the day ended we where in first place with 8,148 on the quarter, actually we where the fastest bike in the race (also included funny bikes)
Sunday;
Wheather was great and no wind. Rasmus is anxious to go down the lane. In the fourth qualification he´s doing it , passes the line with an ET of 7,59 speed 282,39 km/h and a 60ft of 1,16. That is an new euroserie record but to make it official he has to back it up.Back in the pit there where high expectations in for the elimination.
Elimination;
Both standing in stage , green light and nothing happens . Just what should not happen , happens . Rasmus have not got the gear in position, rookie failure. It was not this time he backed the record up.
Finally it was bernd , who was the last man standing. Congratulations to him.

Brian have made an deal with Rasmus Olesen about riding the bike .
This came after that Brian decided that he will not attend this year , saying that he lost the spark needed in competing.
Rasmus will attend the race in Hoskovice. He rode Pro Stock Bike in UEM 2007, where he was up on his own vance & hines suzuki.

It rained on our way to friesland but when entering the paddock , the rain stopped. But there where more from where it came. It was a weekend with a lot of rain and a lot of problems. Track looked good but there is still the bump a 100mtr out in the right lane and cause of the rain (flood) the left lane got it´s bumps too.
Several people smashed there gearboxes this week end; Harry van Shie, Marc vanden Boer and just before the semis Brians broke down. We tried to fix it , changed 2 shiftforks and the axel that holds the forks. But the gearbox was in need of some more loving then we could give it so it was only to start packing.
Before we left we saw Jolink win against Heitmann, and as we where up against Ronald van der Werken it was Jolink and van der Werken in the final. Sad as it is the final was stopped by the rain. So no winner, but a third place for Brian. Jolink and van der Werken sharing the first place and Heitmann got the second.
As it is just now , Brian is in the lead position with 415 points down to Frank.
Next race is the nitrolympx in Hockenheim and the team will try to beat the old record from Ricardo Gilberto and bring it home to Denmark, if the bike runs as it should it is possible.
Luckau
Track looked good but once again we struggled with the bikes power , it seemes like this tracks cannot handle the force there is in this kind of machine.
We once again had to put a pin in the gas handle to get rid of the tire spin. After we did this we got some good ET´s and the Speed was also better then before. It seems like if we can just pass the 60ft mark the bike can pull full power without tire spinning. Well at least we got to the final and here we beat Cord Albers who was out riding his bike for the first time this year. So another 1st place for Brian.

All and all a good event for us. Track was not that good on friday during qualification .
After full qualification round we where numero uno , ET 4,843
In the semi we passed Frank Heitman , ET 5,166
And in the final we where up against my old bike "Etna" which nowadays is driven by Dris Hamadi, here I passed him with an ET of 4,931.

Everything worked okay this weekend at least until the final.
I should meet Frank Heitman in the final and bike was setup but an unfortunate event happen, WE FORGET TO CHARGE THE BATTERIES TO THE STARTWAGON .
So congratulations to Hr Heitman.

Gardemoen
The scene was set when we entered the track at Gardemoen, track was ok , weather was ok and our humour was on top. :o) Now we where out for some action, first time on a 400m track with the new bike and anxious to get down the track . At the first pass the bike wasn´t in the right position before it went down the track, not good . Before second pass standing in the pit lane we discovered an oil leak so only one thing to do , back to the tent and repair what ever we could find as an reason for the leak, It was just some screws who needed to be tighten. The third pass Brian went down the lane doing his personal best results ever. The 60ft was not his best one 1,18 he done 1,12 at mosten but anyhow the 200m line passed with a time of 4,82 and speed 233km/h and the full track passed with an ET of 7,53 and a speed of 279km/h. wow !
The other passes was good as well , but the third one was something to write home about .

Luckau 26-27 April
Friday
after a rainy night the track dried up and the track personal could go on preparing the track.
Saturday
Test started around half past ten but we waited some hours until we thought the track reached a good temperature.First pass Brian made an ET of 4,98 and that was with a lot of wheelspinning. Second pass , the burnout went ok but at the starting line the cycle went dead this caused by an elctrical failure. Two cables where broken.
Third pass was at around eight in the evening, temp ok , air ok , density ok , ET 4,85 but again with wheelspin. It´s getting better and better , hopefully we will get rid of the wheelspin and make a really good run.
Sunday
We went up til the track but some one made an oilspil so we had to wait at the grid for nearly half an hour . Well , our turn now . Burnout was ok . Start ok but just some meters after the starting line the wheel again start spinning. Brian finished the pass and then we went down to the pit and start packing our things, no use to waiste more time when the track is like this. Next time it´s Gardemoen.
We attended Mosten Spring Time Race, with great results.
60ft by 1,12 , 330ft after 3,11 and 660ft by a time of 4,97. The speed was also great 223
And this after the second run of this bike. This bike have great potentials.
Next time we will give it a try on the 200m track in Luckau.
